Account information

CanadaPostRefunds may collect account information such as name, company name and email address to provide account access, support and subscription management.

Passwords

Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes and are not stored as readable text.

Payments

Recurring PRO payments are processed by PayPal. CanadaPostRefunds does not store full payment card numbers in its MySQL database.

Software access

The desktop application may send an account authentication token to the CanadaPostRefunds server to verify whether a PRO subscription is active.
