Private Beta and Early Access

Joining the CanadaPostRefunds Early Access list is free and does not guarantee an invitation, release date, software availability or access to any particular feature. Beta software may be incomplete and may change before public release.

Public downloads during Beta

Public FREE downloads and new public PRO checkouts may be disabled while Early Access mode is active. CanadaPostRefunds may invite a limited number of businesses to test Beta versions separately.

Planned PRO subscription

The planned CanadaPostRefunds PRO price is $19.95 CAD per month for one user account, plus applicable GST/HST/QST determined from the validated Canadian billing address, billed through PayPal when paid public subscriptions are enabled. CanadaPostRefunds does not collect BC PST, Saskatchewan PST or Manitoba RST in this checkout; customers in those provinces are charged GST only.

Refund claim results

The software identifies potential refund opportunities and helps manage claims. CanadaPostRefunds does not guarantee that Canada Post will approve any particular claim or refund.

Final support, update and license terms will be published before public release.
